Villa Selva is a single-story house in downtown Cozumel, just three blocks from the waterfront and half a mile from a public beach. It is walking distance to the central plaza, restaurants, and shopping. You are in the heart of Cozumel.
The villa is all on one level. The well-equipped kitchen will make it easy for home cooking. The dining room seats six. However, if you wish for a cooking-free vacation, ask for our Cook Service to savor the local cuisine in the comfort of your own home.
The living room is comfortably furnished and the entertainment center features a flat-screen TV with cable channels, plus CD and DVD players, books games and puzzles. You will find something to do for everyone in the family. Free Wi-Fi is included with your rental. The home is tastefully decorated with original artworks and Mexican handicrafts. Mini-split air conditioning units with remote controls will keep you cool throughout the house.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed with a bathroom that is just off the hallway. Maid service is every other day. Washer and dryer are available after maid service hours.
Vacationing in Cozumel means outdoor living. The freshwater pool and the lush tropical garden are common grounds and shared with Jungle Dream. Take a swim, sun by the pool, or relax in the hammock swing under your thatched-roof patio. Dine and entertain al fresco, where a grill is available for your barbecue.
A garden path connects Villa Selva and Jungle Dream and the two villas can be combined into one rental.

My girlfriend and I really liked this place. It's close enough to center of town that it's walking distance but far enough away that you don't hear the noise. There's a giant grocery store (Mega) a short walk from the house that sells everything. The house was spotless upon arrival and cleaned several times during our 5 night stay. Housekeeping was excellent. We didn't even realize there was housekeeping when we rented it. The house is very comfortable and large enough for a small family or two couples. There's a nice outdoor space with lots of privacy. There is a washer and dryer on-site. I've stayed in places that had the very bare minimum and wouldn't provide coffee filters or paper towels. They would empty the place after each stay. The last place we stayed didn't even have salt and pepper. That wasn't the case here. There were chips and salsa on the counter when we walked in and cold beer in the refrigerator. How's that for a welcome!?!? There is a full compliment of kitchenware for preparing meals, plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils, etc. Everything worked as expected. This place is one of our better Airbnb experiences. We are already talking about staying here again next year.

Very nice house, excellent location close to pretty much everything. The back patio / palapa was a wonderful place to sit out and chill late in the day and perfect for morning coffee. All in all a very nice experience and good value for the money.

The location is great close to the restaurants and shops. House is really nice very clean and comfy, we love patio to the garden and pool. The only disadvantage are windows to the bedrooms that facing busy street.

This was a great place to stay in Cozumel. We easily to great restaurants and to the town square and we also had a car for getting around. The parking on the street was no problem. The house is set up perfectly for travelers; we had everything that we needed. It is how we would set up a vacation home for personal use. The air conditioners cooled the whole place off quickly and we loved having the pool to relax in at the end of the day. The property management team also did a great job meeting us at there when we first showed up and when we were ready to leave on the last day. We would stay there again for sure and if we brought a bigger crowd, rent the sister property behind this one which shares the pool and you would have a great personal compound. (As it turns out we never saw anyone else anyway). A+++ rental.

You will love this place. It is so comfortable and close to the action. Great restaurants, the beach and shopping are all within a short walk. There is also a nice pool for the time you just want to veg out. I highly recommend this place when you visit to Cozumel.
