The house was very clean and well kept. Everyone was very helpful and responded fast. The hot tube was not working on our stay which we usually enjoy every evening on our vacations. The ocean right off the dock was very beautiful and made for some great Snorkeling. Swimming and Sunsets.

Communication is above outstanding. They assisted us with Covid testing at the villa and transportation in playa del Carmen. Get the food package. Delicious healthy meals. Can’t recommend high enough. Thank you Villa Eden And Sandra’s Kitchen teams!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect at Villa Eden, and even more beautiful than the photos online. There were 9 of us and we fit perfectly in the rooms and around the table. Genny was an absolute master in the kitchen and prepared all of our breakfasts and dinners. We felt incredibly spoiled by her consistent and authentic food. She even catered to our gluten free, vegetarian and seafood sensitivities. The hot tub was fun in the rain, and there are plenty of places to relax and enjoy the views in or out of the rain or sun. Victor was so friendly and kept the grounds beautiful. Taxi stand is just down the road. We were able to dive for five straight days. We couldn't be happier and can't wait to go back!

Villa Eden is exactly as presented. Beautiful and spacious with everything our 10 adult vacationers needed. The open living room/kitchen provided space for everyone to enjoy Villa Eden together. Genny was a wonderful organizer/,local friend., helping to organize our multiple excursions. She was easy going, friendly, and bilingual. We ordered groceries in advance and Genny had everything waiting for us on arrival. Private scuba, snorkeling, and fishing boats picked us up at the Villa dock… or a larger access within easy walking distance. We spent our afternoons in the “backyard,” although “Eden” is a more appropriate description. Access to a calm sand bottom appeared relatively unique, and the paddle board and kayak were perfect in the protected cove. Taxi service was easily arranged (vans easily carried all ten guests) and pick us up at the front door, often waiting for us at the private beaches, downtown, etc. The fares were relatively high compared to the overall inexpensive vacation in a safe, friendly, and beautiful destination. Next time, we will rent a car. We also arranged for Genny to cook 3 breakfasts and dinners. This is an opportunity that you don’t want to miss. Villa Eden was maintained in perfect condition daily by friendly, available staff. Everything was in working order. The private location is part of the Villa Eden experience. Your large group can not do better.

While there were many highlights of Villa Eden, we all loved the many sitting areas around the property where you could socialize, watch the ocean and sunsets, dine and drink, have some quiet time to read or nap or to work on our tans. Communication with Fulvio was fantastic and he provided all the answers we needed before we arrived. We opted to have most of our meals prepared and Genny and her team did not disappoint, we loved everything they made for us. The house is well laid out and each of the five master bedrooms face the back and water. The house is also in a quiet area of the island but we felt very safe out on the roads and would take long walks daily, sometimes to the beach bars down the road. We really loved the fact that we could snorkel and swim right off the dock, the water is warm and clear. We highly recommend Villa Eden for groups of friends or a couple of families.

We had a group of friends and family with children and adults and I have to say this property has it all. The sublime view of the ocean from the house, the large swimming pool, multiple areas in the yard to hang out and the most amazing feature - the walk into the ocean. You can snorkel right from the house and sit on the deck watching the sun rise and set. This house is true perfection and the whole team was so kind and accomodating. I can't recommend this house enough.

My girls group loved our stay at Villa Eden! It’s just a truly beautiful and private property. We loved having a pool to ourselves, space to have time to ourselves and for celebrations! The roof top has sweeping views of the Caribbean and we all enjoyed floating time in the beautiful waters and adored they had a kayak and a couple paddle boards! Most precious, Ginny & Fatima! Wonderful chefs that openly welcome questions & share recipes! Can’t wait to make the Poblano soup! They also kept the house neat and clean. Fulvio was terrific at responding to any questions before & during the trip. Sandra’s kitchen provided suggested menus prior to our trip to plan from. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this wonderful property!

This was our third time staying at this property so that tells you how much we love it! We travel with my (3) 20 something kids and my 79 year old mother. The garden is lush the pool always clean and as soon as we unpacked we were snorkeling off the deck it was just what we needed. My husband and I are physicians and were worried about international travel but we felt extremely comfortable. The most difficult part of this trip was leaving. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go for our fourth visit?

We had excellent communication from the owner and manager in advance of our arrival with option of in-home cooking and activities. After driving through the city we were increasingly happy as we got closer to the property. Through the gate we were amazed at the garden and entrance to the adjacent villas. Villa Eden was palatial and sparkling clean with 5 bedrooms with kings and private bathrooms. Kitchen was large and full of every needed item (except dishwasher). Backyard was phenomenal with covered pavilions and splendid pool and decking along the beach. We were able to meet our SCUBA boat everyday off the deck and enjoyed snorkeling right off the shore. We opted for the meal service and Genny was wonderful and respectful of our space while cooking wonderful meals and catering to our younger children. We loved this and wrote down recipes that we enjoyed the most. We were thrilled and grateful to have experienced this location. Eden is perfectly suited!

Phenomenal water.. phenomenal service (Genny). Group of 4 couples stayed at Villa Eden in May ‘21. Genny was amazing (house manager), I would highly recommend having her cook brunch and dinner for your group. The water was incredible, swimming daily. We also did massages, fishing and some local excursions in to town and for drinks/dinners. The Villa suffices, only one TV in master and living room, beds a bit firm and no downstairs community half bath but other than that a great place for active people looking to be in the pool, ocean and/or out and about in Cozumel or Playa.

9 friends rented this property for a week and we had no notes! Genny and Fulvio were amazing through the planning process and once we arrived at Villa Eden. Groceries were ready for us when we arrived, the meals were amazing, and they answered any questions we had about the property very quickly. The Villa itself is amazing. The beds are so comfortable, great bathrooms, tons of space for lounging, filtered water, a grill, and great views! The sunsets were amazing and water was so so so clear. There was also strong enough WiFi for many of us to take random calls/Zooms through the week. Couldnt recommend Villa Eden more!

This place was absolutely amazing. I loved that every room had its own bathroom. The absolute best part about the house was the snorkeling right out the back door!! I would recommend packing your snorkeling gear as well as rent a car. We also hired genny to cook for us and it was such a nice convenience since we did not want to leave the backyard of the house. Would definitely stay there again.

Villa Eden is so beautiful and peaceful. This is the second time we have been there and stayed with a group of 6 each time. There is plenty of room. Both times we hired a cook through the house managers. The meals were fantastic! There is daily housekeeping which is wonderful. While there is no beach in front of the house, there is pristine clear beautiful water that has steps down to it. There is snorkeling right off the dock and the water is about 4 feet deep. It is a great place to relax and everyone has their own space. We will always go back it's that wonderful!!!

Stayed here for a week with our family. This was our second time here. The villa is very nicely appointed with beautiful marble floors and very spacious at 5000 square feet.Plenty of room to spread out. Right on the ocean with easy access and pretty good snorkeling right off the dock. The swiming pool was awesome very warm and well kept with an ocean view hot tub. The palapa was great to hang out in during the midday heat. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained by Victor the grounds keeper who came every morning and very discreetly cleaned the pool, racked, swept and watered the grass and plants. The house was cleaned every other day by Genny and her helper who also made our arrival dinner and stocked our refrigerator upon arrival. (20% surcharge) The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5: Few maintance issues inside the house: leaky air conditioner in one of the bedrooms, shade was broken in another, walls scuffed up.... 2 bath towels per room Probably the biggest issue is that unlike our first visit where we were surrounded by tropical vegetation on both sides there is another villa being built mere yards away from Villa Eden It's being finished and there was some noise from the construction. Also I think when it is finished both villas are so close to one another there might be some carry over noise. We love Cozumel and thought our stay at the villa was fabulous outside of the issues and would most likely come back in the future.

Villa Eden has delivered a dream vacation. The Villa and property are beyond beautiful, clean and comfortable. Spacious, clean and safe. The hospitality of caretaker Genny and Abril were beyond exceptional. There cooking was amazing and they even shared recipes and let us help and learn in the kitchen! The views!!!! I can’t put into words. Every day was beautifully different. If your not a morning person you will be a villa eden. Wake up and enjoy your coffee on the pier. Get your suit on and jump in the water. Put on your sunscreen and paddle around in the kayaks. Enjoy the pool and watch the sunset from jacuzzi or roof top terrace. The area is lush, tropical and quite. We even saw iguanas! Groundskeeper-victor was there every morning cleaning pool and pool chairs. The nights are just as amazing! You can’t count all the stars you can see from roof top terrace. Villa Eden is 8 miles from town so you will need taxis or rent a car. Take advantage of them sticking the refrigerator and cooking meals & you won’t have to leave the Villa! We will be back to Villa Eden and can’t wait to catch up with our new friends Genny and Abril.

Ronen's house was unbelievable. Private ocean swimming was amazing and so warm/clear, also loved having the pool and hot tub. Hosted a meal for my family at the table by the water and everybody had a great time. Exceeded my expectations and Ronen was lovely to work with on the check in and check out. Can't wait to come back for an extended stay.

We are normally the all inclusive type - and have been to Cozumel 6 times before. This year was special as we were bringing our baby (turning 10mos on the trip)! My hubby, myself, our baby, and my in laws stayed. We tried to get more couples to go and if you have at least a few rooms to use then I totally recommend this over the resort! It's toward the S end of the island so a rental is a must. We booked a fam jeep online at car rentals dot com BEFORE leaving. It was from thrifty dollar across the street from airport. DO THIS- do not wait to book your car when you get there...a fam jeep for a WEEK was $150!!! Booked on site was $200 per DAY! The car seats are CRAP- we rented for $35. In town at the store they cost $75 new. They were not secure so bring your own from home! I have no doubt my baby would have shot out of hers in an accident. :( We got groceries in town. We didn't do the chef service. They have all the cooking tools and utensils at the house. No dish washer. I also got all diapers and wipes there at mega store in town. They have the baby food pouches too so no need to lug all your stuff from home except formula and bottles and what you need on the flight down there. The house has huge jugs of water. It was so nice having a washer and dryer so no dirty clothes to lug home! Also house keeping daily - so yay that was a good surprise! I asked in advance for things for the baby and Maria (one of the house managers and also daily cleaning) had us set up: pack n play in the master, high chair downstairs, even a new bottle brush!! She was super nice and the baby ADORED her (babies have an intuition!!). It is a gorgeous property like you'd see on homes of movie stars in the islands! Mosquitos as normal were bad at dawn and dusk. They have spray at the house. There is wifi yay! Victor the outdoor maintenance man brought us fresh treats and flowers in the mornings. Sooo sweet! The boats go super close to the house which I think is so rude of them so forget about snorkeling out far. Right up along the cliffy rocky shore is fine and we snorkeled down quite a ways like that. We brought our own gear I'm not sure what the house might have. They have floaties and noodles. The stairs are slick so hang on! The water is clear and like 4' deep or so- so perfect. The baby loved splashing.
