Palmar Condominiums is a newly building condo building about 5 minutes south of downtown Cozumel. It's a perfect location if you want to be on the ocean yet close enough to occasionally walk or ride a bike to town.
The building is eight floors, with elevator access to each floor. There are different types of condos in the building - ranging from studios to penthouse 3-bedroom units - but you'll mainly find 2 and 3 bedrooms condos for rent.
The building is fully equipped with a gym, tennis court, basketball court, a large pool area overlooking the ocean, a parking lot in the back of the building, full time security, and even a play area for the kids with a jungle gym and a trampoline.
It's a really nice option for families with kids, or groups wanting to dive and/or snorkel. The snorkeling right in front of the building is great and there is also a dock where your dive boat can pick you up in the mornings.
