Casa Scarlita (301), a newly-purchased and furnished 3-bedroom rental, is located on the 3rd floor of the Marazul condo complex, about a 5-minute drive (or quick taxi/bike ride) north of downtown Cozumel. Its location on the 3rd floor offers renters unparalleled views of the Caribbean below and Cozumel's famous sunsets. 

The condo has a bright, open living / dining / kitchen area that looks straight through big glass doors to the Caribbean, and out to a wide balcony where you’ll probably end up hanging out most evenings. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, give everyone space to spread out, and you’re just an elevator ride away from Marazul’s multi-level infinity pool and easy ladder access into the ocean for swimming and offshore snorkeling in clear, calm water.

Marazul is an 8-story tower, but the vibe is more low-key residential than resort. It’s a favorite spot for couples, families, and long-term guests who want space, privacy, and those endless turquoise-water views.

Step outside and you’re on a big oceanfront pool deck with a multi-level infinity pool. There’s a shallow “basking shelf” with loungers set in the water, plus a deeper section for those who want to be fully submerged. Easy entry stairs and ladders take you straight into the Caribbean for swimming and really good off-shore snorkeling in calm, clear water. There's no beach at the complex, but if you're looking to get sand between your toes, you can head over to Bucannos Beach clubs, just a 5-minute drive north. It's one of our favorite places to grab a bite to eat or spend a whole day lazing around.

Around the pool, you’ll find plenty of loungers and tables, palm trees, green lawn, an outdoor shower, and room to spread out, sun, or just sit with a drink and watch the sunset.
