LAS BRISAS CONDO BUILDING
At Las Brisas, you can walk just steps to a gorgeous white sand beach–and it's the only north shore condominium with that feature.
With only two towers, each one with seven full-floor units, the feeling is both intimate and spacious. All of the apartments are three-bedroom units with spectacular ocean views from the living area and two of the bedrooms. (The third bedroom offers a view over Cozumel's lush interior jungle, which we think is just as lovely!)
From the open plan living and dining area, full-wall sliding glass doors open onto one of the island's largest terraces: an ample 65-foot-long patio perched atop the sparkling Caribbean Sea.
Most owners have equipped it with hammocks, tables, loungers, and/or a wet bar. Relax with your morning coffee as you admire the ever-changing ocean hues, or watch Cozumel's pastel-colored sunsets paint the horizon each evening.
The units are expansive, with over 2,000 square feet of space in each. Each bedroom feels roomy and luminous, with large windows or terrace access. All bedrooms feature private bathrooms, including a bathtub in the master bath.
Enjoy the heated pool, with a shallow end for splashing with your little ones. Stretch out on the beach in the warm Mexican sun, or take a short walk to a nearby beach club for snacks or lunch.
Excellent snorkeling is just a short swim away, and downtown Cozumel is easy to access--it's just 2.5 miles from Las Brisas. In town, you can try local seafood, grab fresh bread for breakfast, or shop for handicrafts.
The north shore is a tranquil area, close to nature, but with easy driving access to amazing dive sites, the airport or ferry dock to visit Playa del Carmen and the mainland. Some nearby attractions include the Cozumel Country Club, a few beach clubs, and a biking/jogging path into town.
