Athimar Condos is a newly constructed building located smack dab in the middle of downtown Cozumel.
The location of the building really can't be beat. It sits on the corner of Melgar, the main oceanfront avenue in Cozumel. You'll have access to a major grocery store (literally right next door), the boardwalk that runs along the ocean, and enough restaurants, cafes, and shopping to fill a week or more of vacationing. Across the street is Cozumel's town hall and its adjacent park, where you can enjoy cultural events nearly Sunday and bigger events such as the Ironman Cozumel race, Carnival, the Independence Day celebration, and many more.
The building itself features a spacious lobby, business center, meeting rooms, and parking (space for approximately 10 cars, with additional parking available on the street). The second level includes a recreational area with a fully equipped gym, an outdoor grill area, a bar, and a terrace with a pool and great views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea.
