Villa Selva es una casa de un solo piso en el centro de Cozumel, a solo tres cuadras de la costa y a 800 km de una playa pública. Está a poca distancia de la plaza central, restaurantes y tiendas. Estás en el corazón de Cozumel.
La villa está en un solo nivel. La cocina bien equipada facilitará la cocina en casa. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis. Sin embargo, si desea unas vacaciones sin cocinar, solicite nuestro Servicio de cocina para saborear la cocina local en la comodidad de su hogar.
La sala de estar está cómodamente amueblada y el centro de entretenimiento cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana con canales por cable, además de reproductores de CD y DVD, libros, juegos y rompecabezas. Encontrará algo que hacer para todos en la familia. Wi-Fi gratuito está incluido con su alquiler. La casa está decorada con buen gusto con obras de arte originales y artesanías mexicanas. Las unidades de aire acondicionado mini split con controles remotos lo mantendrán fresco en toda la casa.
La habitacion principal tiene una cama queen y un baño privado. La segunda habitacion también tiene una cama queen con un baño que está justo al lado del pasillo. El servicio de limpieza es cada dos días. La lavadora y la secadora están disponibles después del horario de servicio de limpieza.
De vacaciones en Cozumel significa vivir al aire libre. La piscina de agua dulce y el exuberante jardín tropical son areas comunes y compartidas con Jungle Dream. Nade, tome sol junto a la piscina o relájese en el columpio de la hamaca debajo de su patio con techo de paja. Cene y entretenga al aire libre, donde hay una parrilla disponible para su barbacoa.
Un camino en el jardín conecta Villa Selva y Jungle Dream y las dos villas se pueden combinar en un solo alquiler.

My girlfriend and I really liked this place. It's close enough to center of town that it's walking distance but far enough away that you don't hear the noise. There's a giant grocery store (Mega) a short walk from the house that sells everything. The house was spotless upon arrival and cleaned several times during our 5 night stay. Housekeeping was excellent. We didn't even realize there was housekeeping when we rented it. The house is very comfortable and large enough for a small family or two couples. There's a nice outdoor space with lots of privacy. There is a washer and dryer on-site. I've stayed in places that had the very bare minimum and wouldn't provide coffee filters or paper towels. They would empty the place after each stay. The last place we stayed didn't even have salt and pepper. That wasn't the case here. There were chips and salsa on the counter when we walked in and cold beer in the refrigerator. How's that for a welcome!?!? There is a full compliment of kitchenware for preparing meals, plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils, etc. Everything worked as expected. This place is one of our better Airbnb experiences. We are already talking about staying here again next year.

Very nice house, excellent location close to pretty much everything. The back patio / palapa was a wonderful place to sit out and chill late in the day and perfect for morning coffee. All in all a very nice experience and good value for the money.

The location is great close to the restaurants and shops. House is really nice very clean and comfy, we love patio to the garden and pool. The only disadvantage are windows to the bedrooms that facing busy street.

This was a great place to stay in Cozumel. We easily to great restaurants and to the town square and we also had a car for getting around. The parking on the street was no problem. The house is set up perfectly for travelers; we had everything that we needed. It is how we would set up a vacation home for personal use. The air conditioners cooled the whole place off quickly and we loved having the pool to relax in at the end of the day. The property management team also did a great job meeting us at there when we first showed up and when we were ready to leave on the last day. We would stay there again for sure and if we brought a bigger crowd, rent the sister property behind this one which shares the pool and you would have a great personal compound. (As it turns out we never saw anyone else anyway). A+++ rental.

You will love this place. It is so comfortable and close to the action. Great restaurants, the beach and shopping are all within a short walk. There is also a nice pool for the time you just want to veg out. I highly recommend this place when you visit to Cozumel.
