Esta villa de 5 dormitorios es una de las más nuevas y lujosas de Cozumel. Ubicado en un enclave aislado en la costa sur de la isla, cuenta con una de las piscinas privadas más largas del área, una terraza privada junto al mar y un diseño moderno impresionante y espacioso.
Camine directamente hacia el océano desde la cubierta y practique snorkel en el Arrecife Mesoamericano. Las inmersiones increíbles están a solo minutos de distancia, o en kayak o paddleboard en la playa de arena a solo 1/4 de milla de la casa.
Los espacios de vida de Villa Sara son generosos tanto en interiores como en exteriores, con vistas a la jungla y al océano desde todos los puntos. Comentarios (21)   junio 30, 2024 Fun time and great property (Frank) the house was everything we thought it would be. The housekeeper was fantastic—she came every day except Sunday, and the house was always neat and clean. You really couldn’t ask for more.
it was a great experience for our first time in Cozumel. One thing to note: definitely bring bug spray for the mosquitoes. The people there are super nice, and once you get used to the roads with all the mopeds, it’s pretty easy to get around. overall, great trip!
 marzo 1, 2024 It was my wedding weekend and this villa was the perfect place (Jennifer) WOW, this villa really has it all. every room was carefully planned out, with its own balcony, and super comfortable beds. You get a fluffy pillow and a less thick one, which was great to have options. The master bath was gorgeous, complete with a waterfall shower, and each room had its own temperature control. The cleaning, gardening, and pool staff were amazing—they kept everything looking perfect day after day
the private beach access was lovely, perfect for catching some sun and sand. If you're looking to unwind and decompress, this is your place. Just be aware, the villa is on the far south side of the island where there aren’t a ton of restaurants nearby. It's about 20 minutes from town, so I recommend renting a car. We grabbed groceries from the Mega Soriana on the way, which worked out well, or you can hire the private chefs too.
It was my wedding weekend and this villa was the perfect place to come back to and relax after all the hustle bustle.. can't wait to return!
enero 1, 2024 Lovely, secluded home (Suzanne) perfect house right on the shoreline with a heated pool. The staff and cleaners were super helpful and took great care of us. The only small issue was that the online listing showed 4 bedrooms with kings and 1 bedroom with 2 queens, but when we arrived, there were actually two rooms with 2 queens.
Overall, the team were great to work with, and we loved staying in this fantastic home.
junio 18, 2023 Villa Sara (Melissa) our experience was over the top fantastic!! We’re already planning our next trip. The house was wonderful, the grounds were well kept, and the view was beautiful. The staff was more than accommodating.
we ended up doing the private chef service for the week, and it was totally worth it. Eddie & Nancy were amazing, and the food was fabulous. Victor, the gardener, was so nice and helpful every day. Ester, the housekeeper, came every day and left the house spotless.
I would highly recommend Villa Sara to anyone. we cannot wait to go back!
![]() diciembre 28, 2022 Everything was perfect (Claudia) Wow!!! villa Sara was AMAZING! Our family of 6 absolutely loved staying here, the space was perfect for all of us. It seriously felt like a dream house and made for a dream vacation. The house was beautiful, clean and super spacious, more like a resort than just a house. We hired Eddie and Nancy to cook for us and that was the cherry on top. The food was great, and made the whole experience even better.
we spent all day soaking up the sun on the private dock and swimming in the ocean. The paddleboards and kayaks were a blast too. can’t recommend this place enough. everything was perfect and we will definitely be back.
Big thanks to Fulvio and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable.. details were on point, and it made for the perfect vacation. Nos vemos pronto!
noviembre 2, 2022 Family stay (Brad) our stay at Villa Sara was an outstanding, world-class experience! We stayed for a week to celebrate my 50th birthday, and it was perfect. Our group included everyone from a 4-month-old baby to kids, parents, and grandparents, and we all had a blast. The common areas inside and outside were perfect for everyone, and we made good use of the infinity pool and enjoyed snorkeling in the ocean.
We opted for Sandra’s Kitchen full chef package, and Miguel and Miguel, our two chefs, were incredible. They worked tirelessly, providing delicious and healthy meals from early morning until well past dinner. What stood out most was how they stepped in to help when our 4-month-old needed attention—they were awesome, holding him and calming him down while we ate.
one big plus was that we were picked up for our dives with ScubaTony directly from the property. It was such a treat for my wife and I to sneak away for a few hours to dive while knowing everything back home was taken care of.

marzo 20, 2022 Best vacation ever! (Caitlin) Our group had such a wonderful experience at Villa Sara! Service, cleaning and food was outstanding. Highly recommend Sandra’s team for meals everyday! Swimming off the dock was one of our favorite things. What a stunning view of the sunset every night. Also recommend checking out the cabana club for nearby a day trip. Impeccable spot. Thank you to everyone who made it so special.
diciembre 31, 2021 Perfect for our family (Mark D) We had 6 adults and 2 children (12, 2). The house is beautiful, the pool is awesome, and the deck is perfect. There are stairs to take you into the water, and the water is waist deep near the shore. The snorkeling at this spot isn't the best, but it is nice to just get in the water with the family. We did have one snorkeling excursion, and they picked us up from the big dock about 100 yards south (we paid $2 per person to use the dock). We utilized the personal chef recommended and it didn't disappoint. It was so nice (especially the first day) to not worry about getting the food, cooking and cleaning up. We used the chef for 3 of the 5 days.

diciembre 1, 2021 We had the time of our lives. (Matt) Outstanding spot with excellent access right to the ocean. The home is beautiful and well appointed. Gorgeous architecture with wonderful hosts to take care of any need. This place is truly one of a kind. On a side note the beds are terrific and purified water is supplied at the house. We used Sandra’s Kitchen and Luxury Cozumel and both were outstanding. Miguel was an outstanding chef and Noel, from Luxury Cozumel took great care of us. Truly a gem! Thank you, thank you, Ronen.
noviembre 1, 2021 Exceptional home and staff! (Peter B) Home is more beautiful in person (not always the case)! The place is huge with a great layout. The folding glass wall that faces the pool/patio area makes it one large entertaining area. Rooms are all a great size and the bathrooms are beautiful. The finishes are all very high end and it just feels like a special place as soon as walk in. Every single person we worked with from the house crew to the lovely ladies from Sandra's kitchen were super friendly, professional, and talented! We had the full week of meals and every single one was delicious. We also had the masseuse in the home for a day, which was great. Also recommend the yacht charter, had a great day relaxing and snorkeling. Absolutely stunning and worth it!
octubre 31, 2021 House was SPECTACULAR! (Abra) Pictures don’t do it justice. The home is very large and clean at all times. The host, chef Eddy, driver... everyone was amazing! We also used the yacht services that was referred by Ronen and we absolutely loved our yacht! Every single one of the ladies were impressed! I stay all around the world at many beautiful homes and I can honestly say this was one of my favorites! I would def come back again ;)
septiembre 1, 2021 Paradise Found. (Sarah) Dispatch from Cozumel: Paradise Found. I provide this review reluctantly. After an amazing week of revelry with 7 friends at Villa Sara, I am hesitant to let the secret out. This place – the meticulously maintained villa, the gorgeous waterfront, and the ever accommodating host and staff – was absolute perfection. If you are worried that Cozumel is nothing but overstuffed Texans fresh off a Princess Cruise, Villa Sara is your refuge. The villa itself is the nicest and most architecturally sophisticated property on Cozumel, and the "whatever you need" attitude of services provided by Julio and the rest of the staff, all but ensures that those lucky enough to snag a reservation will have a truly remarkable time.
Lastly, the best restaurant in Cozumel is Villa Sara. Our group opted to have food (two meals + snacks) prepared daily by Sandra's Kitchen (arranged through the host). I could not more strongly recommend that you do the same. The food prepared by Javier and Lucia was sophisticated and delicious, and they went out of their way to accommodate our requests ("Más caliente?" "Si, por que no!?!"). Also, in a previous life, Javier must have been a shaman because his cocktails transcend both space and time.

First thing that comes to mind: Absolutely stunning property with breathtaking water access.
The property and location was incredible, which assisted in creating a relaxing vacation. My goal was to give my family a break from the daily hassles, allowing us to recharge.
The property itself was amazing with each of the (5) oversized bedrooms, having their own spa like bathrooms was refreshing.
As for Ronen’s team that made it possible:
Fulvio- always quick to respond while providing helpful tips, a joy to talk to.
Julio and Julia - both went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a wonderful experience, very attentive and responded to every need and last minute request-Amazing individuals.
We utilized the meal service which provided cooked meals (breakfast and dinner) all prepared at the house. I highly recommend Sandra’s Kitchen- Sandra’s team is wonderful. Chef Annie and Jackie were both very sweet and professional young ladies each delicious meal was top notch. Loved the amazing service my family and I received.
Again highly recommend it.
As for Ronen our host: A true pleasure to work with, Ronen has the ability to provide a truly extraordinary vacation experience. Thank you again.

marzo 1, 2021 This is a well thought-out and planned property. (Wade) You enter through private locked gates and feel very comfortable and secure the entire time. The home is new and very clean with modern luxury style finishes from the bathrooms to the furniture. We especially enjoyed all having our own bedroom with en suite bath, the fantastic dining table for 10, and the indoor to outdoor living space flow.
The caretaker of the property and the maid were both great and we appreciated their service. There were a couple of kinks to work through as with all new homes that were taken care of quickly as possible. Communication was excellent from all from start to finish.
You can snorkel directly off of your own private dock, as well as kayak and paddleboard. Lots of fishes, stingrays, and wildlife to enjoy without ever having to leave the property. We enjoyed wonderful food from the on-site chef services a couple of days.
Lots of other things we enjoyed about Cozumel, but you'll have to figure out what you like best and make your own memories! Suffice it to say, this is a top shelf property and there was nothing we had want or need for while there.

enero 15, 2021 Stunning! (Brooke W) This property was absolutely beautiful! Very clean, sleek and modern. Ronen was always quick to respond and answer any questions. Julio, the grounds keeper, was a delight and was there every AM to take care of the property, along with the cleaning ladies. The chefs were amazing & helpful with getting us anything we need! I will say, I've rented many homes throughout Mexico and the property managers were more involved with taking care of us and any needs we had. We did not get quite the same experience here. Overall we had a fabulous trip and enjoyed our weekend getaway!!
