Este privada unidad esquinada en el 2do piso, tiene muchos asientos exteriores y lugares para comer para sumergirse en los calientes rayos del sol durante el sia o disfrutar de los atardeceres sobre el mar. Las vistas desde el balcon y ventanas se ponen todavia mejor ya que un aldo del condominio da a la impresionante jungla y el otro a la playa! El condominio esta hubicado en el Edificio Uno, justamente en la arena, tiene una terraza envolvente, acceso a 2 albercas climatizadas y suficiente espacio y comodidades para 6 personas.

Vista de Paraiso esta ubicado en la Comunidad de Residencias Reef. Residencias Reef ofrece una oportunidad a las parejas, familias o solteros de experimentar todo lo que Cozumel tiene para ofrecer. Disfrute de paseos al atardecer en las arenas de la renovada playa de San Francisco, justamente a pasos de su puerta. Experimente los mejores arrecifes submarinos de Cozumel con acceso a la playa para buceo o esnorkel, o elija flotar tranquilamente en las aguas cristalinas con refrescantes margaritas esperendolo en la orilla.     Amazing View (Eric H)
    We had a wonderful stay in 5200 at Residencias Reef. The view when you walk in is amazing! The sunsets from the balcony, beach or pool were all gorgeous. The unit is in great condition with everything you need. Residencias Reef is also very nice and well taken care of; the beach loungers were great and our family debated which pool we liked more, I think the beach side pool was the winner.

    We spent a week in the condo and would have gladly stayed forever! This condo is amazing. The floor to ceiling windows provide a view that cannot be beat. And the wrap around balcony was gorgeous!! This condo has everything you could need. We spent time at the beach snorkeling and relaxing, at the pool and just enjoying the balcony. We cooked some meals, visited a few restaurants and walked down to Paradise Beach Club for a day. Definitely visit Dona Chely's for breakfast or lunch at least once. It is within walking distance and so good! I almost don't want people to know how amazing 5200 is because I want to be able to stay here again and again!

    We LOVED this condo. Location, beautiful interior, terrific beach view. The staff was so welcoming. The beds were a little hard but the property managers provided everything we could have thought of. Would definitely stay again and encourage others to stay

    Amazing Condo in Paradise (Peter S)
    Our family has been staying at Residencias Reef 2 to 3 times a year for over 10 years. We love Residencias Reef because the condos are really nice, oceanfront and the complex is never very crowded even on holidays. One of our favorite units is 5200 which has one the best ocean views in the complex. We've noticed recently that over the last 12 months, the owners have really improved the unit in a lot of great ways, including new outdoor furniture, fans and plants for the gorgeous wraparound corner balcony deck, a fully stocked kitchen as well as many updates throughout the condo. Residencias Reef is ideal for families and couples, and especially scuba divers with a pier right in front for your dive boat to pick you up from. Unit 5200 has always been one of our favorite units and now even more so.

    This unit truly is a view of paradise! We loved everything about this unit. There were 6 adults in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The maid even offered to bring in two more beds for even more space and comfort. The kitchen had everything we needed and Lupita our maid was the best! I have stayed in many of the Residencia condos and this one ranks among the best.

    Everything was top notch! Communication with property manager was excellent. They are super helpful, called us taxis when we needed, suggested restaurants when asked. Condo was amazing, super nice, had everything we needed, very comfortable! Highly recommend!!!!!     This is a great apartment in a fantastic location right on the water. You are basically on the beach, and the views are absolutely stunning. Probably the best location in the entire Residencias Reef Complex. Two pool, great and non-intrusive staff, and I highly recommend using the Chef Service that is recommended by the owners. One of the best vacations we ever had.

    This property was everything and more. The view from the balcony was unbelievable. We hade plenty of room within the condo for three couples. Each bedroom was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone.

    “Out of this world!” (gigglestars)
    I cannot say enough about this amazing rental. We stayed here as a family of four for 1 week and it exceeded our expectations. The views are to die for! There is a wrap around porch with covered balconies and walls of floor to ceiling glass sliding doors where all around you is the beautiful blue ocean and palm trees swaying in the breeze. We never got tired of the view and spent hours either on the balcony patio, or out front in the loungers watching the waves and activity. You can snorkel (bring water shoes, the shore as you enter the water is rocky) and see a few fish and we also saw some small stingray. The best snorkeling is further out or in other areas but this is not bad for being right outside your door. The only drawback is finding places to eat after 5. There is a great kitchen so if you stock up at Mega, you're set, but if you want a mean out in the evening you have to take a cab downtown as there is only an Alberto's open late around here. That was fine for a night, but it is best to plan ahead with food. One other thing to be aware of is the music can get loud at night at the resort next door but it quiets by 11. We got used to it and kind of blocked it out, but were surprised the first night by it. I would come back here in an instant, the beds were comfortable, there is lots of space to spread out, the unit is very clean and fresh smelling, and there is lots of backup towels, sheets, tp, etc. It is very secure and the manager is on site. Our visit went off without a hitch and we truly had the time of our lives snorkeling (we were picked up by Mystic snorkel off the neighboring pier), went stand up paddleboarding, did some zip lines at Chankanaab and just relaxed by the ocean.

    Villa Pariso is PARADISE! (FumFam California)
    The view is stunning the place was super clean and well-kept. All amenities were there with back ups of everything from paper towels laundry soap to towels and dish soap. Location was quiet but a 5 min walk to Paradise Beach and Playa Mia for the kids. Luis (property manager) was a big help and made sure we had everything we needed. He referred us to Chichi charters and we had the most wonderful private snorkeling tour with just the family. There is a dock right nearby for Scuba pickups. This is a diver's paradise The beds were delightful. Five Stars, thank you so much and we will definitely use you in the future.

    The condo was comfortable and clean. There were security guards on the property, who were very friendly. You could walk to the pier to catch a boat to scuba dive. There were plenty of dishes and towels and it was only about a ten minute drive to town.

    We stayed here as three couples for 3 nights. The apartment is totally gorgeous, just as it looks in the photos. It was quiet at night, we were able to keep the place cool enough with just the fans and natural breeze most of the time (and the aircon was great for the times we needed it). the common spaces are fantastic - great for hanging out as groups, you can watch the sun set into the ocean, totally gorgeous. The only two things to be aware of are: 1) Two bed rooms are fabulous - lots of space and storage, big windows/balconies, ocean views - and one bedroom is much more modest, sort that out amongst your friends! 2) it is far from food. it looks like there are restaurants all along the beach but they all belong to all inclusive resorts/beach clubs, and charge >$80 per person to eat a meal there (we never did, obviously). A taxi into town is 10-15 min and $30 return for 1-4 people, $60 return for 5+, so you have to add that (or gas) once every two days or so onto your assessment of how much it will cost. That said, once you load up with groceries (we fed 6 lavishly for 2 days on $80) the kitchen is fantastic

    This was our third time staying at the Residencias Reef and our first time experiencing 5200 Vista de Paraiso. This was by far the best unit we have stayed in. The view from anywhere in the condo was simply unbeatable. We love it here. The laundry was a huge benefit and the service was great. We feel so safe here that we are consider buying if something comes available someday.

    “Awesome Relaxing Vacation for Family of 5” (The Senn Family)
    Our family of 5,(kids ages 3,5,8) stayed in unit 5200 in Feb. 2014. I researched long and hard for the perfect vacation spot that would accommocate 3 kids, which is challenging, most hotels don't allow 5 in a room. Now that we've stayed in a 3bd/3ba condo we won't be able to go back to a hotel room ever again..hello? A choice of bathrooms?! The unit was clean and had most everything we needed. Most importantly it had space for the kids to run around and for us to stretch out and relax! The wrap around deck facing the ocean was the highlight, we had every breakfast and lunch outside. The other bonus to a condo is haveing the washer/dryer - we went home with all clean clothes! The complex was quiet and perfect for our family. The beach was beautiful, great for long walks. The kids loved feeding the fish off the pier and feeding the iguanas in the mangroves on the property. We rented a 4 dr jeep for the family and we used it every day to either go to dinner, to town or explore the island. We found driving to be easy once we got used to the lack of car seats and the fact the jeep had no top (not good in the rain). We did our grocery shopping at Mega, which had everything. We were there during Carnival,a major celebration for the locals, which was fun with excellent parades, etc. We would go back to this complex and would rent this unit again. It is the best location in the complex! Other highlighs on Cozumel were swimming with Manatees at Chankanaab Park and Coconuts, a restaurant on the east side of the island. All around great vacation! Can't wait to go back!

    “Series of minor issues vs fabulous views!” (Meekyung C)
    We have been at Residencias Reef a few times. Last Jan. we saw this unit and fell in love with the views. We contracted the rental for the month of Jan. 2014 right then and left a cash deposit. One month later we got an email saying we needed to pay thousands of dollars more or take another unit as the owners got a better offer. With several emails and us adjusting our dates the month long rental was on. We could not believe they would do that as I had a signed receipt for our deposit and rental dates! I knew we got a great deal as this unit had terrible reviews in 2011 which drove,the low price but to try to cancel after taking a deposit??? Should have been a clue but I loved the location and the views. We got in late but stopped at the grocery store and found ourselves at the unit with an incorrect lock box code. Thank goodness the unit next door was occupied and they were nice enough to let us use their phone to call the manager to let us in. A week into our rental we had friends join us. We had only one working remote for 4 A/C units in the 3 bedrooms and the living area. We asked for more remotes as our guests needed them for their bedrooms. We were told none existed as the A/C units were old. Very inconvenient as any time you needed to adjust the A/C you had to come out of the bedroom, get the ONE remote then bring it back out as someone else might need it during the night!!! FUNNY, today with the owners arriving in 3 days new remotes were delivered!! Really makes you feel like a paying guest! Other minor issues: phone connection was poor at best we ended up paying for calls to the US at the hotel next door as we wanted to actually hear. The lock box jammed mid trip locking us out as our friends were in town with the other key! As this unit is close to the hotel next door in order to keep the pumping music from the nightly shows out all doors have to be closed. We love the location, we love the beach and the views are fabulous! The housekeeper Carla was great and spoke English well. She kept the unit clean. But with the HUGE price increase for next year and all the minor inconveniences, we are looking at other great units at this location for next year.

    “Ocean Front, Sand Beach, Dive Boat Dock, Killer Sunset Views From Deck” (cedarpeak)
    Located on San Francisco beach about 15 min. from town and well away from the cruise ship craziness, this large second-story luxury corner unit condo is oceanfront and located right on the beach with incredible views from its large outside living and deck area with expansive views of the beach, ocean, dive boat dock and sunsets. Dive, Eat, Sleep,repeat! it also has beautiful pools, daily maid service and is in a guarded gate community. There are 4 buildings in this Reef Residencias condo complex and Vista Del Pariaso, unit 5200, is located in the best and only building that is truly oceanfront. It is well appointed with both indoor and outside veranda dining areas including a large and modern kitchen, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer and quality air-conditioning. We use Dive Paradise http://www.diveparadise.com/ and the dive boat picks us up right from the dock in front of the condo and the best dive sites are only minutes away instead of the hour each way boat rides from town. It doesn't get any better than this for diving, hanging out on the beach in a true luxury oceanfront condo and is a way better value than a regular hotel. We've already booked our next trip and can't wait to come back!

    “The place to stay for comfort, peace and quiet” (Janine)
    This is our second time staying in unit 5200. The first time was 3 years ago. Obviously we enjoyed our stay the first time, but it was rather 'plain' in decor. The views and location are what motivated us to book this unit again. Upon arrival, it completely surpassed our expectations. Many places start declining after a couple of years, but it was just the opposite experience. New furnishings, decor and kitchen design were flawless. The patios had new furnishings and chairs as well. The unit managed to be both comfortable and upscale. Some people complain that the Residencias Reef is located too far from town and the restaurants. If you are looking for a lively, atmosphere with nightclubs, definitely not the place for you;) Driving into town took about 15 minutes each way. I would strongly recommend renting a car as cab fares get costly. As a diver the location could not be any better. Boat rides were incredibly short due to the southern location of this unit. Personally, I would rather have the longer distance into town and short boat rides than vise versa. Near the pier were two showers and a large rinse tank. Very diver friendly and functional. Grounds are immaculate and constantly being maintained. Both pools were spotless with ample chairs and tables. Never felt crowded. Beach is always kept up and raked. Abundant lounge chairs with no rush to place 'dibs' on vacant chairs. Ocean entrance can be challenging with some rocky entries, but pier had ladder and wonderful snorkeling. My only suggestions towards improvement are two very minor details. 1) bathrooms have nice, tastefully decorated shower curtains sans liner. Floor around tub can get slippery. 2) Curtains were thin and light which made sleeping in more challenging. As I stated, these are very minor issues. All utilities in unit functioned well and kept us comfortable. Each room had it's own a/c unit. Dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer also a plus.

    This is a good condo in a great location. The condo is very nice. Its not in perfect condition but close: (dishwasher not the best, one noisy ac fan), and it is in a perfect location. The closest condo to the water in the complex with easy access to beach and pool. Very nice staff, clean complex. 200 yards to "action" of a beach bar with music and water activities, 15 yards to quiet beach and poolside. Wonderful sunsets and dinners were had on the wrap around deck. Helpful hints: bring water shoes so you can walk in the water and swim(sharp rocks), try the taco truck on the main road, Del Sur argentinian Steakhouse for dinner in town (get the sirloin). We rented a car so we could tour the island. Although $25/day for required insurance it worked out well (Thrifty) (taxi to town for 6 was $30 each way. A great week in the sun for two families with teens... more space than a hotel and less expensive.
