We have stayed in several condos at residencies reef and liked them all. However, this condo was our favorite. The wrap around porch was so relaxing even on rainy days, and ability to walk out on the beach was awesome! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for two couples. We will definitely be back!

5 star location at this complex. Right on the beach and super close to the main pool. Good communication prior to arrival. Kitchenware could use some updating but if you are not planning to cook much during your stay what they have is fine. Would certainly stay here again. The resort was not over crowded at all during the Christmas season. A short walk down the beach to Carlos & Charlie’s and you will appreciate the atmosphere at this resort even more!

We couldn't have been happier with this beautiful condo. It had been our 5th time to stay at Residencias Reef and this condo was by far our favorite. Right on the beach and nicely appointed to make your stay in Cozumel perfect. And it was such a nice touch to arrive and have some essentials like cereal, fruit and milk already waiting for us. This has become our go-to place in Cozumel! So hard to leave!

Two couples stayed in this wonderful condo for 10 days the end of May. We absolutely loved our stay there. The condo was clean; the AC worked great; the furniture was comfortable; the beds were extremely comfortable (as well as nice pillows); we had a king bed in each room, which was fabulous; there was plenty of hot water; loved the large wrap around porch; loved the ground level access to the beach; I could go on and on! Our housekeeper, Marta was super sweet and came nearly every day. Even tho we had several days or torrential downpour, just being in the condo reading or relaxing was a great break from our everyday life. We did have two things go "wrong". The AC unit in the back bedroom froze up one day. I emailed the property manager, and literally within an hour he had someone there to fix it, and we had no more issues with it. Then, later the shower head in the front bedroom broke when we tried to adjust it. I again emailed the property manager, and within a couple hours it was repaired and good as new. We were all so impressed with not only the quick response, but the positive attitude and willingness to make our stay as carefree as possible. Very impressed!!! We cooked one night and found plenty of dishes and utensils to make cooking a breeze. But, mostly we ate breakfast and lunch at the condo, and then ventured out at night to one of our many favorite restaurants. The guys went diving everyday that the weather permitted and were picked up just a few feet away at the Secrets dock (which you now have to pay $2 a day per person to use...no big deal, but just an annoyance...you buy the wrist tickets at our guard shack). We truly hated leaving when our 10 days were up, and we will definitely try to stay at this wonderful condo again in the future. Loved it!!!

We had such a wonderful time in our beachfront condo -- hanging out on the veranda rain or shine, lazing on the beach in the dedicated lounge chairs, swimming and snorkeling off the beach, relaxing in the pool that is just steps away, cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and enjoying family time in the comfortable living/dining room. The condo is immaculately maintained and the complex's caretakers are quick to respond by email if needed.

The condo was awesome. Best location in a top notch complex. Judy was very helpful and offered hints and referrals to make the trip even better. One was to contact Flycozumel for a bucket list tour to the Mayan ruins. Pricey excursion but well worth it. All in all a great vacation spot

Beyond our wildest expectations! This place has absolutely everything you could need to have the perfect vacation. Right on the beach, stunning views, steps away from the ocean. The beds and pillows are so comfy, I wanted to take them home with me. Too bad you can't take a bed home on the plane. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, tons of TV stations if you want them, hammocks, huge table on the deck for dinners outside. I can simply not say enough about this place, except...You Gotta Come!!!

Condo was well-equipped and the support staff was on-the-spot and courteous. Every need was met promptly. I felt at home here - again. Can't wait to return. Weather was beautiful. Would have slept with windows open, but for the fear of bugs and geckos crawling in. Window screens would be nice for that. Stays here are always soul-renewing.

This property is great. Large patio and it is nice to be in a corner so if you want sun or shade, both are available. Of course the ease of walking very few steps to get to the beach is the best! The fact there is "safe" water hooked up to a faucet is wonderful. In other condos we have stayed in, we always have to change the big jug of water, which can sometimes be inconvient. The directions on how to run the stovetop were very easy to follow. I would highly recommend renting this condo!
