Este alquiler vacacional cuenta con 3 recámaras y 2 baños y es perfecto para tu escapada familiar, ¡con amenidades que te harán sentir como en casa! En el 1er piso del complejo, puede evitar usar el ascensor para acceder al condominio. Al ingresar al condominio, ingresará a un concepto abierto y ventilado que le brinda una gran área común para reunirse, así como ventanas del piso al techo que se abren para ofrecer impresionantes vistas panorámicas del mar. De frente encontrará un balcón frente al mar igualmente grande, 3.5 pies sobre la cubierta de la piscina, donde probablemente pasará muchas horas de su estadía. Este condominio tiene mucha luz natural y hermosas vistas ininterrumpidas del Mar Caribe. La suite principal cuenta con una cama King size. Un segundo dormitorio y un tercer dormitorio también tienen camas King.  marzo 9, 2025 We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo and will definitely stay there again! (Nancy Smith) Our stay was 2/27-3/4, 2025. The six of us had a wonderful stay in the condo. Laura was there to greet us and introduced us to Francisco, the go-to guy employed around the property. We all loved the spacious condo, and it was clean and ready for us. The beds and furniture were all comfortable, the kitchen and living areas spacious. The bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed and then some. We especially loved the balcony and the furniture out there.
Francisco was very helpful during our stay. He assisted us with a clogged commode, delivered water when we ran out and he was kind enough to call us a taxi one evening due to the carnival crowds.
The rental car you reserved for was perfect for the six people and Fiesta was easy to work with on our arrival and departure.
We all really liked the plush bath towels and that there were plenty of them available for six adults. We all loved the microfiber beach towels! We had never used those before and the owners had a tote full of them, which we put to good use since we were in the water every day. We all had our own snorkel equipment, but we had to borrow one mask from the owner's tote, it was great that the equipment was available.

Condo is clean, well maintained, and has everything you need for a perfect home away from home. We loved snorkeling right out the back door where we spotted a sea turtle, barracuda and tons of fish in the crystal clear water. We loved the pool area & our balcony view. The staff on property were so friendly and helpful. The home is very clean. I highly recommend you use the offered services to have groceries already stocked for you. I also recommend having a car ready as most restaurants are about a mile walk. They also offer a chef service which I plan to try next visit. The area (and whole island) was very safe and relaxing.

Having 3 king size beds is so nice! The location is absolutely the best on the island! The snorkeling is amazing right out front and the distance to town is perfect for walking or a short $5 cab ride! Having 24 hour security is a bonus! Franseco and Daniel are top notch!

The infinity pool and grounds were immaculate. The condo was great. It had everything we needed. Laura was so helpful anytime we needed her. The guys on the grounds were great and super helpful. The gates are locked for security but I don't think it was necessary. It is a great neighborhood. I highly recommend this condo!
 mayo 16, 2022 Earth's piece of paradise (Thana S) This condo is beautiful. On the bottom floor right in front of the pool. Most of the time no one is in the pool but your family. The cruise ships all come by this condo to get out in the gulf. Very safe and secure. The guards at the gate is very friendly. If anything is needed the condo manager is right on it. Have been to this condo 4 times
 noviembre 1, 2019 Beautiful view, amazing snorkeling, and incredible sunsets!! (KEH) We really enjoyed our stay at La Sonora 1S! The condo is very clean and beautiful! The folks that work at the condo complex were so nice and friendly! They brought us as much water as we needed and spoke really good English! Victor was so helpful and represented well the people in Cozumel.....friendly, professional, and helpful! The condo is on the market, so I understand why the linens were a little worn and a few of the window treatments needed repair. However, the staff, pool, easy access to snorkeling, and views more than made up for the lack of new linens or window treatments!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!!
octubre 31, 2019 Great location (Jase) Great location, clean space, directly on the water with easy access for swimming and snorkeling, and we were very impressed with the responsiveness of the hosts anytime we had a question. We rented a car. If you aren't comfortable renting a car, then expect to pay for taxi rides. The condominium is close enough to the town center to be convenient, but just far enough so walking is not practical.

julio 31, 2019 Best Snorkel entry on the island AND beautiful property. Everything you need. (AngHarv) Best location for snorkeling. I have stayed in many properties on the island. In my opinion the best shore snorkeling is on the North side and Puesta del Sol has the best and easiest entry. The La Sonora property located on the first floor just steps away from the pool and ocean. Very comfortable accommodations for your family vacation. Victor was very accommodating and easy to contact for any questions. The staff on the property were wonderful. Security through out the night. There were BIKES for us to use. Just a lovely and relaxing stay. We will be returning.

) We had a wonderful stay at La Sonora (1S)! There were a few issues but each time I contacted you, the response was incredibly fast!! We really appreciated that! We would definitely stay here again. The pool is amazing and we really liked the easy entry to the ocean. The location is perfect and I enjoyed the snorkeling north and south of the condo along the beautiful wall.
Thank you for a wonderful vacation and will see you next year!!

abril 30, 2018 “Amazing condo right on the ocean” (lturpinrn) We stayed here for a week and it was pure bliss! It was peaceful and not crowded at all. We could either walk or take a short taxi ride to the San Miguel for shopping or go north for more of a quiet experience. The sunsets were incredible and the snorkeling is right outside ready for an anytime swim.
I would highly recommend this amazing condo for anyone and hope to return soon.

We only saw Victor upon arrival and then for a brief moment for checkout. He was very professional and courteous. We only used maid service once but loved Dame'. We grew close to security and maintenance crew. They are wonderful folks. Will miss them. The condo was perfect, the property and ocean were spectacular. Thank you

diciembre 31, 2017 (Brooke) This place is the perfect home away from home in Cozumel. It is roomy and spacious, full of light and best of all, right on the ocean with amazing snorkeling right there. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and the seating areas are all super comfortable. The bed in the master suite is amazingly comfortable. We slept like a dream each night. The location was preferct for us in the beautiful, serene North shore of the island. Its a nice stroll to town along a groomed running/bike path and very accsesible by bike and taxi. We will definitely try to stay there on our next trip to CZM.

agosto 15, 2017 (Larry David) Great host. Beautiful views from the master bedroom. Housekeeping comes to clean every day. Free bikes and bike lock included. Taxis cost 6 USD to go to the city center. Helpful tip: This place is a 10-15 minute bike ride from the city center if you are an average biker. Some areas have a bike path and other areas do not, so you have to be very careful. There are no reflectors or lights on the bike and cars drive fast, so make sure you only bike during the day to be safe.

(OregonGrandma47) This was The Best spot ever! I have been living on the mainland for three years and of all the places I have rented for my mini getaways, La Sonora is top on my list! It was total perfection! The beds are great, the kitchen is well supplied and the comfort and view are not to be topped! Everything was more than we expected! If you are looking for an evening out I recommend trying Wet Wendys downtown and go for the Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita and the best jalapeño poppers, seriously! Also try Sky Reef for a great hang spot for food, drinks, lounging and snorkeling! They will treat you well! But really you won't need to go further than out in front of the condo for a fantastic snorkle experience! I am highly recommending La Sonora to all my friends!
agosto 1, 2017 (Antonio) El Condo es mejor de lo que esperaba, super equipado, fue como llegar a mi propia casa, con muebles y camas cómodas, clima central, internet, una alberca de agua salada de ensueño, toallas mas que suficientes y una vista al mar espectacular, con acceso directo al océano para hacer snorkel. La limpieza y los servicios inmejorables. 3 cómodas y amplias recámaras. En definitiva volvería a llegar ahí. No esta a una distancia caminable del centro, así es que hay que tomar taxi (muy económicos) o rentar un auto que de todas maneras es lo mejor para conocer y pasear a gusto por toda la isla.
julio 1, 2017 (Jessica) This place is absolutely beautiful!! The pool is lovely and the ladder down to the ocean allows for amazing snorkeling. We paid to go on several snorkeling tours and agreed at the end that the snorkeling at the condo was just as nice. We felt very safe as well with the 24 hour security on site. Would definitely come back and would recommend to all.
junio 30, 2017 (Liliana) We loved this place. It has an amazing balcony view, infinity pool and amazing ocean right outdoor good enough to snorkel. So bring your snorkel gear as that is not provided. The owners did provide two bikes which was not mentioned as well as plenty of floaties and beach towels. We took a taxi each time we went to town but it wasn't a big deal as we split it among 4 of us. catch the sunset, do it!
