LOS PUESTAS DE SOL MAS ESPECTACULARES DE COZUMEL
Desde el quinto piso de este piso, disfrutará de algunas de las vistas más asombrosas y sin obstrucciones de las famosas puestas de sol de Cozumel, relajándose en cómodos balcones lanzadores.
Con nuevos propietarios, esta unidad está lista para alquilar con todas las comodidades que pueda necesitar para una estadía de unos pocos días o una semana. La sala de estar tiene un sofá nuevo y cómodo, un televisor de pantalla plana y se abre a una gran terraza con unas sillas
La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas y la cocina está bien equipada con una barra de desayuno y todos los electrodomésticos pequeños y grandes, incluida agua filtrada y enfriada para beber y lavar las verduras.
Cuando esté listo para acostarse, puede elegir entre dos dormitorios principales, ubicados a ambos lados de la gran terraza. Cada dormitorio se abre a la terraza y tiene una cama tamaño king y un baño adjunto. Uno de los baños tiene una gran bañera ovalada y el otro una regadera.
El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y aunque también hay un cuarto dormitorio en la unidad, actualmente sirve como oficina, con un gran escritorio y estanterías. El lugar perfecto en caso de que necesite escapar para atender una llamada o hacer un poco de trabajo remoto.
Entre estas dos habitaciones se encuentra el tercer baño compartido. Este tiene una area de regadera
A solo unos pasos de su puerta principal, puede ingresar al océano con nuestra entrada privada para nadar o bucear en algunos de los mejores arrecifes del mundo. La piscina infinita es el lugar perfecto para relajarse en los camastros, broncearse y capturar impresionantes fotos del agua turquesa. El mar aquí en el lado norte es bastante tranquilo, lo que lo hace ideal para bucear y flotar. El esnórquel más allá del edificio es hermoso y la claridad del agua siempre es fantástica.
Sin mencionar que este increíble alquiler está ubicado en una comunidad igualmente increíble. Puesta del Sol es un complejo de condominios frente al mar. También se proporcionan dos bicicletas para uso de los huéspedes. Está ubicado a solo 1.3 millas a pie o en bicicleta o a 5 minutos en taxi desde el corazón de la ciudad principal de la isla, donde encontrará opciones gastronómicas de primer nivel, museos, vida nocturna local y entretenimiento. Una tienda de buceo y un puerto deportivo de pesca también están a solo una cuadra de distancia. Esta propiedad es privada y mantiene un guardia de seguridad las 24 horas en las instalaciones.

Although our check in was a tiny bit bumpy the hosts came shortly after to ensure we were in and settled. This condo has all of the comforts of home and sufficient staples to begin our vacation! The extras included snorkel gear, boards and floats galore! We have found our “home away from home” and we’ll be back as often as we’re able. I highly recommend this place!!!

I love this condo! (Bel)
I loved staying at this condo. Right on the water, the views are amazing. I loved waking up and looking at the beautiful Caribbean. And the balcony was the perfect spot to start my day with those views and a cup of tea, or enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset at the end of the day. I also liked that it came with bicycles so I could ride into town which only takes 5 minutes, and explore. It’s great to have transportation included and it was safe to ride around. As a single woman, I felt very safe staying here. It has excellent security and wonderful helpful staff. One last thing, you have to try the huge bathtub! It’s wonderful for a soak after enjoying the amazing snorkeling.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views (Blair)
Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean with pool access. There’s a view from every window and you can snorkel right off the pool area! We walked into town every day (less than 15 mins) and had such a delightful stay. 5 stars for this spot.

The condo was everything promised and more. It was spacious and the views were spectacular! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook in, including a grill on the deck. The beds and furniture were quite comfortable. There was always seating available by the pool and the snorkeling right off shore was lovely. Lots of colorful coral and plenty of marine life. We can't wait to go back!

We loved the stay! Couldn’t have been a better location. Just watch out for the Damsel fish on the ladder that bites you if you get too close :)

What a trip (Yusef Malik)
I haven't visited Mexico for over 25 years, and wanted a nice private getaway for my wife and I. I came across the listing for Casa Judy and instantly was attracted to the layout of the unit and its amenities. Also, the fact it wasn't right in town allowed for that private feeling I was looking for. Of course, this was in July, so it's not as busy as say December anyway. They were extremely helpful and patient in our questions and requests. The management on site, Star, was a phenomenal host. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The unit was spectacular with amazing views, great staff ensuring cleanliness and security 24/7. It's back steps backed onto the sea is some of the best diving and snorkeling I've ever had. I will definitely recommend Casa Judy and will look forward to booking another vacation here soon.

My family has stayed at Puesta del Sol for about 10 years. Casa Judy, 5S, was exceptional. Accommodations, linens, kitchenware, views, and immediate responses to inquiries were more than could be expected. You will not be disappointed.

North Side Converts (Gale M)
We have always stayed on the south side of the island but ended up booking this unit for a month. We loved it! Star, the property manager is wonderful. Sylvia, the housekeeper, and all the other staff, especially Daniel and Francesco were friendly, helpful and always smiling. The unit itself is excellent. The views can not be described, you have to see it. All of the appliances work perfectly and are new. The kitchen is well stocked. We had a wonderful time!
