Esta espléndida escapada de tres dormitorios se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada de Cozumel, dentro de una comunidad privada y cuenta con una gran cantidad de comodidades en el lugar. Al ingresar a un espacioso espacio de 510 metros cuadrados , hay mucho espacio para el entretenimiento, recibir a nuevos amigos o pasar tiempo con su familia.
Las tres habitaciones de Las Ventanas tienen capacidad para hasta seis huéspedes. Cada habitación es grande, cuidadosamente decorada y diseñada teniendo en cuenta su comodidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y un baño en-suite. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama tamaño queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Ambas habitaciones tienen acceso al segundo baño completo. Podrás mantenerte fresco en todas las habitaciones que tienen ventiladores de techo y unidades de aire acondicionado tipo mini-split.
El flujo fácil entre la cocina, la sala de estar y el comedor ayudan a mantener la conversación. We have only positive comments to make.
The check in process went very well and wifi is good.
This unit is ground floor, just steps away from a beautiful large pool. There was never an issue to find a lounger.
The property is meticulously keep and all the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming.
The unit is fully stocked, such a pleasant surprise. The dishwasher was a bonus. It was appreciated to not have to purchase cleaning, laundry or sundry supplies.
Beds are comfy and clean, lots of towels and bedding.
Great for all walks of life.
Enjoy Cozumel staff was also excellent, responding to our questions quickly.
We will definitely be back.

Cozumel jem just north of Downtown (Bob S)
Took my family to Cozumel for a week of R&R. Loved this unassuming 3Br 2Ba unit in I quite complex a few easy blocks north of the main square.Clean and comfortable.The Property manager was great. Good communication, helped with a rental car we needed for a day, arranged a taxi backed to the airport.We had one maintenance issue, a plastic handle broke, he had in replaced in no time.This place is modest and quiet, on a neighborhood street, and met our needs. Recommend.

Great Location and Management Company (Cheri Boggeln)
We loved the location of this property, we could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. After we left the property we realized we had left our boxes of candies that we bought for gifts in the freezer. We emailed the property manager who made sure that a friend of ours on the island could pick them up from the housekeeper. We are very grateful for this honesty and cooperation. Would stay here again for sure.

Everything from booking, to communication, to the day Victor met us at the airport was superb! The property manager stayed in touch with us throughout the vacation and was extremely helpful with helping us get accustomed to the island. We will be back, and highly recommend this rental. Perfect location for groups (Andrew E)
Very nice apartment in a block of condos with a secured parking area and a nice large swimming pool. Stay here and arrange a rental a car ahead of time and you will have access to everything on island with very little hassle. Downtown and good places to eat and hangout are within walking distance. The water front is a block away and is great walking and jogging in the morning. No issues with anything during our stay. Communication was great from the host and local help; highly recommended for groups or families with children.

Fabulous Place (Chuck P)
I'm not sure what more you could ask for in a place - way more than enough space, everything you could possibly need. Lower level really makes it nice as no stairs or elevator. Secure parking. Pool entrance is maybe 50 feet from the back patio, so close but yet you never notice it. Full kitchen, laundry - I didn't want to leave.
You have to give a small thanks to the other residents of Las Ventanas, some are short term renters, others are full timers. Everyone there is just super nice!
