| Descripción TROPICAL Y CONVENIENTE
Si buscas un destino espacioso y hogareño en el que se pueda llegar andando tanto a la plaza principal de Cozumel (el "zocalo") como a la comida local, ha encontrado el lugar correcto. El espacio exterior de la casa es hermoso y relajante, la cocina está bien equipada para cocinar, las tiendas de abarrotes están cerca, hay muchas toallas y las habitaciones son espaciosas. Puede caminar por la mayoría de los lugares, pero tomar un taxi en la carretera principal a una cuadra también es fácil cuando lo necesita.
La casa en sí tiene 3 dormitorios y 3.5 baños. Hay dos camas king en dormitorios separados y dos camas matrimoniales en el tercer dormitorio. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar para comidas ligeras o completas. Y el comedor adyacente sienta a seis cómodamente, con asientos adicionales disponibles en la barra de desayuno.
Afuera, hay una pequeña área cubierta donde puede relajarse por la noche con una cerveza fría o una margarita. Y durante el día, cuando el sol está ardiendo, puede refrescarse en la piscina de agua dulce.
La casa también tiene una lavadora y secadora, por si necesita refrescar su guardarropa durante su estancia.

Comentarios (11)   abril 20, 2024 We loved this place! (Matina R.) Lovely house with plenty of room. The grounds are just beautiful and very private. There are plants and flowers everywhere and we enjoyed hanging out in the back in the mornings. Its close to everything and the taqueria across the street (Ruta 25, open from 6pm-midnight) is the best! Ask for Maria to be your waitress. I will stay at this house again next time.

 mayo 12, 2022 perfect location (Anne) Was a perfect location for us being 8 mins walk from the center of town and close to lots of awesome local food places. Pawel is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The house is very spacious and the pool is perfectly sized for cooling off in a hot day. The kitchen is very well equipped.

) We had an amazing time at Casa Tropical. The accommodations were amazingly comfortable and convenient. It was great having on suite bathrooms in every bedroom. Another big plus for Casa Tropical was it's location and close proximity to many things.
Last but not least the fine folks at Enjoy Cozumel, Victor, the woman that cleaned up the house each week and kept us cozy to the ease of getting rental vehicles when needed.
 enero 31, 2019 Everything we needed in an excellent location (Octoberitaly2) We loved our stay at Casa Tropicale on 25th between 4 and 6. This 3 br 3.5 bath home had everything we needed. Private pool (ok too cold in January but we knew that), cable, towels, blankets, games, poker supplies, great kitchen supplies and responsive manager. AC worked great. The manager and owners have all the little things covered - oil and salt and spice in kitchen, earplugs for those not used to the serenade of dogs that will be anywhere in town, a sewing kit, full shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. There was even a waterproof bag to put money in while snorkeling. We loved each having our own bathroom. The location was great. Easy walk to center of town, the grocery store is one block away, the rotisserie chicken place we live one block away, our favorite taco place three blocks away. The house is very secure and surrounded by a large wall so while we could get the sunlight, no one could peak in. Would stay here again.

marzo 31, 2017 (Paula) 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths ...5 blocks from the ferry, in the heart of the town...extremely attentive owner and fantastic team of people taking care of every question and need. Two grocery stores, with everything you need, are literally around the corner and the house was perfect for all of us to have meals together in a kitchen that offered most of all the comforts of home. The beds are comfortable and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The garden is lush and tropical and the small pool was fresh and clean. The washer and dryer were great to have on hand and the street was quiet but very easy to grab a taxi. We were scuba diving everyday so the house was perfect for us. We felt very safe and comfortable and had a wonderful week in cozumel.
enero 31, 2017 (Camille) If you're looking for a spacious and homey destination that's walkable to both the plaza and local food you've found the right place. I traveled here with 3 girlfriends on a dive trip and we thought we won the jackpot of airbnb's. The outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals, grocery stores are close, there were plenty of towels, and the rooms were spacious easily accommodating our group of four. We walked most places, but catching a cab on the main road one block east was easy when we needed it.
