Ubicada a solo cuatro millas y media al sur del centro de la ciudad, esta espaciosa villa de estilo español de tres pisos está a solo unos pasos de la playa y de las aguas cristalinas del océano Caribe. Bucee o practique snorkel en la playa, relájese junto a la piscina y tome una siesta por la tarde mientras se balancea suavemente en su hamaca bajo el patio cubierto de la azotea o visite el cercano Parque Nacional Chankanab. Al final del día, saborea tu cóctel favorito con amigos, contemplando la espectacular puesta de sol sobre el océano.
Las áreas de sala de estar, comedor y cocina de concepto abierto facilitan el entretenimiento. Decorada con buen gusto en un estilo mexicano, la cómoda sala de estar se abre al patio exterior y al área de la piscina. Las unidades de aire acondicionado mini-split con control remoto lo mantendrán fresco en toda la casa. TV vía satélite, Wi-Fi y llamadas telefónicas locales están incluidos en su alquiler. Un reproductor de DVD y una biblioteca de videos y libros lo mantendrán entretenido.
La cocina bien equipada hará que sea fácil cocinar en casa. El comedor tiene capacidad para ocho personas y la isla de desayuno tiene capacidad para cuatro personas más. Disfrute de la vida al aire libre y una barbacoa en la parrilla, y luego cene al aire libre en el patio junto a la piscina. Sin embargo, si desea unas vacaciones sin cocinar, solicite nuestro Servicio de Cocinero para saborear la cocina local en la comodidad de su hogar.
La elegante escalera curva lo llevará a los dormitorios del segundo piso. Dos de las habitaciones tienen balcones con vista al mar, una cama king-size y baño privado. El tercer dormitorio está en el piso superior y ofrece vista al jardín, dos camas individuales y baño privado. El cuarto dormitorio también está en el piso superior con vista al jardín, una cama queen size y un baño privado. Un sofá cama doble tiene capacidad para dos personas más.
Esta es una propiedad para no fumadores. Solo se permite fumar en la terraza. Se incluye servicio de mucama.

Perfect Home in Cozumel (Kitty G.)
We loved spending our vacation in this gorgeous home!!! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. There are lots of windows and natural light. The rooms were all very comfortable and cool and everything was sparkling clean. The beach outside the house has beautifully clear water, perfect for snorkeling. And there is an open air restaurant next to the beach. It was wonderful to be able to walk over to the restaurant and enjoy a sunset Margarita or lunch by the sea. We also enjoyed using the home's private pool when not at the beach.
The location of the property is perfect, just a short drive into town. The restaurant next door has a pier that they allowed us to use so the scuba boat we dove with was able to pick us up outside the house. Very convenient! Also, there is a caretaker who keeps everything on the property clean and well maintained. He was very helpful and kind during our stay. The owner and property manager were absolutely wonderful and easy to communicate with. They arranged for our COVID testing prior to returning to the US so everything was very easy. It was a perfect vacation home! We can't wait to go back to Cozumel and stay at Casa Cielo!

Wonderful stay. Staff excellent. Location is brilliant, near enough town by car and the sea there is excellent for snorkeling.
Only bad thing was there was no salt or pepper! Normally in a rental home people have left something........ but not even salt or pepper, nothing there except what I ordered beforehand and had paid for.

Best property and owners (Kevin W)
Our stay couldnt have gone any better. The communication with the owner was outstanding and she was available at any point for questions. She also provided contact information for a doctor to respond to the property regarding the required Covid test back to the States. From the property management, location, cleanliness, and housekeeping, this is the place to stay to feel relaxed and secluded. This house has 3 locations nearby, Tortugas, Money Bar, and Sky Reek for food and drink options within walking distance. We will be back.
